1776 Strategies/EVC SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to operational text messages sent by 1776 Strategies LLC for the internal EVC field operations program. 1776 Strategies LLC is the sole sender for this SMS program. EVC is an internal program label used for field operations coordination.
Program Description
1776 Strategies/EVC SMS messages are used only for staff and contractor field operations coordination. Messages may include shift reminders, check-in and closeout prompts, tablet logistics, field packet quality-control follow-up, issue resolution, and field support.
Messages are not sent to the public. Messages are not public marketing, lead generation, fundraising, public advocacy, political outreach, affiliate marketing, or promotional campaigns. 1776 Strategies does not use this SMS program to send messages on behalf of third-party clients.
Consent
Recipients opt in during hiring, onboarding, scheduling, or field assignment by providing their mobile phone number and agreeing to receive operational SMS messages from 1776 Strategies/EVC.
By opting in, recipients agree to receive operational SMS messages from 1776 Strategies/EVC at the mobile number provided.
Staff may also opt in by texting START to the 1776 Strategies/EVC field operations number after seeing the SMS disclosure in onboarding, scheduling, or assignment materials.
1776 Strategies does not send SMS messages to staff who have not provided consent through one of these workflows.
A2P Reviewer Opt-In Evidence
The SMS program is staff-only and does not use a public website signup form. The opt-in call to action appears in internal hiring, onboarding, scheduling, or assignment materials shown to employees and contractors before they receive operational SMS messages.
The staff opt-in form or acknowledgment includes:
- Staff member name
- Mobile phone number
- The consent disclosure shown below
- An unchecked consent checkbox or equivalent active acknowledgment
- Links to these SMS Terms and the SMS Privacy Policy
When the opt-in appears as a checkbox, the checkbox is unchecked by default. Staff must actively select it or otherwise affirmatively acknowledge the disclosure before 1776 Strategies sends operational SMS messages.
Consent Disclosure Used in Staff Forms
The consent checkbox or acknowledgment shown to staff says:
I agree to receive operational SMS messages from 1776 Strategies/EVC at the mobile number I provide. Messages may include shift reminders, check-in and closeout prompts, tablet logistics, field packet quality-control follow-up, issue resolution, and field support. Message frequency varies based on assigned shifts and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of employment. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on assigned shifts and operational needs. During active field operations, recipients may receive multiple messages per shift.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. 1776 Strategies does not charge recipients for SMS messages, but carrier charges may apply.
Opt Out
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After replying STOP, recipients may receive a confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from this program unless they opt in again.

Recipients may reply HELP for help.

Supported Carriers
SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available on all mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes
1776 Strategies may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted publicly.
