1776 Strategies/EVC SMS Opt-In Evidence

This page documents how 1776 Strategies LLC collects consent for operational SMS messages sent to EVC field staff. It is published as public reviewer evidence for A2P 10DLC campaign review. The underlying staff onboarding and scheduling materials are internal, but the consent workflow and disclosure shown below match the language used before staff receive operational SMS messages.
Who Receives Messages
1776 Strategies/EVC SMS messages are sent only to employees and contractors who support EVC field operations and who have opted in to receive operational text messages.
Messages are not public marketing, lead generation, fundraising, voter persuasion, voter outreach, public advocacy, affiliate marketing, or third-party-client messaging.
Opt-In Workflow
Staff may opt in during hiring, onboarding, scheduling, or field assignment by providing their mobile phone number and actively agreeing to receive operational SMS messages from 1776 Strategies/EVC.
Staff may also opt in by texting START to +1 267 699 2224 after seeing the SMS disclosure in onboarding, scheduling, or assignment materials.
1776 Strategies does not send SMS messages to staff who have not provided consent through one of these workflows.
When consent is collected by checkbox, the checkbox is unchecked by default and staff must actively select it before messages are sent.
Consent Disclosure Used in Staff Forms
I agree to receive operational SMS messages from 1776 Strategies/EVC at the mobile number I provide. Messages may include shift reminders, check-in and closeout prompts, tablet logistics, field packet quality-control follow-up, issue resolution, and field support. Message frequency varies based on assigned shifts and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of employment.
